在教学过程中发现一个现象:花同样的时间听课,听同样的老师讲课,做同样的作业,学同样的知识,有些学生可以解出奥数难题,有些学生却连基础计算都要出错。不同的学生有不同的水平,需要数学教师不同对待。以小学四年级为例,根据学生特点,简要概述如何在数学课堂中应用分层教学法。
In the process of teaching, I found a phenomenon: the same time spent listening to the lectures, listening to the same teacher lectures, doing the same homework, learning the same knowledge, some students can solve the Mathematical Olympiad problems, and some students even make mistakes in basic calculations. Different students have different levels, requiring different treatment of math teachers. Take the fourth grade of elementary school as an example, according to the characteristics of students, a brief outline of how to apply the layered teaching method in maths class is given.
