采用两台DLUT4060压电式多分量测力平台结合DVM8820三维红外影像捕捉系统对11名老年男性,(72.8±2.4)岁和11名年轻男性,(19.7±1.3)岁的坐-走(STW)运动进行测试,研究坐位高度对人体STW运动地反力、质心速度和动作时间的影响,探讨两年龄组完成动作时采取的运动策略和发生跌倒的风险。最终确定无论老年人还是年轻人,最佳坐位高度均为100%腘窝高,此高度使人体在完成STW运动时能获得生物力学上的最大优势,发生跌倒的风险也最低。所以在设计和布置老年人公共活动场所和起居环境的设施高度时,应考虑腘窝高度这一影响要素,这可从一定程度上降低老年人发生跌倒的风险。
A total of 11 elderly men, (72.8 ± 2.4) years and 11 young men, (19.7 ± 1.3) years of sit-and-go (STW) Exercise to test the impact of seat height on the reaction force, centroid speed and movement time of STW movement in human body, and to explore the exercise strategy and the risk of fall when the two age groups complete the action. Ultimately determine whether the elderly or young people, the best seat height are 100% popliteal height, the height of the body to complete the STW exercise biomechanical gain the greatest advantage, the risk of falling the lowest. Therefore, when designing and setting the height of facilities for elderly public places and living environment, the impact factor of nest height should be considered, which can reduce the risk of the elderly from falling to a certain extent.
