目的探讨脑脊液中红细胞和蛋白质含量与颅脑损伤术后脑积水的相关性。方法选择2012年2月-2014年11月我院行颅脑损伤手术患者204例,其中104例患者术后并发脑积水为脑积水组,100例未并发脑积水为无脑积水组。对比观察2组患者术后第1、3、5、7、14、21、28天脑脊液中红细胞、蛋白质的含量。结果颅脑损伤术后第1~28天,脑积水组红细胞和蛋白质波动幅度大于无脑积水组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅脑损伤术后脑积水的患者脑脊液中红细胞和蛋白质的变化较无脑积水患者大,临床上可监测2者含量辅助判断是否伴有脑积水。
Objective To investigate the correlation between cerebrospinal fluid erythrocyte and protein content and hydrocephalus after craniocerebral injury. Methods From February 2012 to November 2014, 204 patients with craniocerebral injury underwent surgery in our hospital. Among them, 104 patients had hydrocephalus after hydrocephalus and 100 hydrocephalus without hydrocephalus group. The levels of erythrocyte and protein in cerebrospinal fluid were compared between the two groups on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th postoperative day. Results The level of erythrocyte and protein in hydrocephalus group was higher than that of hydrocephalus group on day 1 to day 28 after craniocerebral injury, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The changes of erythrocyte and protein in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with hydrocephalus after craniocerebral injury are more than those without hydrocephalus. Clinically, the contents of erythrocyte and protein in cerebrospinal fluid can be monitored to determine whether they have hydrocephalus or not.
