目的了解宣武区托幼机构消毒卫生状况,预防托幼机构传染病发生与流行。方法依照2002年版《消毒技术规范》连续5年对23所托幼机构餐具、物体表面、室内空气、饮管人员及保健老师手消毒效果进行采样监测。结果 5年共采样3 000份,合格2 754份,合格率为91.80%。结论辖区托幼机构消毒卫生状况良好,但饮管人员及保健老师手和空气的消毒效果有待提高,应加强对这两方面的培训和督导。
Objective To understand the sanitation status of nurseries in Xuanwu District to prevent the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases in nurseries. Methods According to the “Disinfection Technical Specification” of 2002, sampling and monitoring were conducted on the hand disinfection effects of 23 handicapped children’s tableware, object surfaces, indoor air, drinking managers and health teachers for 5 consecutive years. Results A total of 3 000 samples were obtained in 5 years, 2 754 were qualified, the pass rate was 91.80%. Conclusion The area of nurseries and kindergartens in the area is well disinfected and disinfected. However, the disinfection effect of the hand and air of the caterer and the health teacher needs to be improved. Training and supervision on these two aspects should be strengthened.
