人参人参是一种名贵药品,为我国的特产。我国东北的人参,产量高,质地优良,国内外闻名,通称东北三宝之一。人参分野生和家种的两种,野生的叫山参,家种的时园参。由于它的根,形状象人,所以称为人参。我国人民应用人参治疗疾病有着悠久的历史。许多年来临床证明:人参在医疗上是一味滋补的营养药品。它在调气养血、止咳生津、补虚痨、强阴壮阳等方面,都有显著的功效。人们曾经把它称为“神草”。人参是多年生草本植物。它的茎高大约四、五十厘米,茎上有三到五瓣裂片的叶子,在茎的顶端有三十多粒果实。地下生长的根,就是人参,长十五到二十厘米,粗五、六厘米。新鲜的人参,每支有四、五两重,大的甚至有
