二十冶搅拌站是宝钢工地生产商品混凝土的大型搅拌站,主要生产设备是在1978年从日本引进的。年产能力50万米~3,小时产量180米~3。自1979年3月建成投产以来,已生产混凝土5.5万米~3。本站为一阶式、全自动型搅拌站,采用穿孔卡片式控制系统,根据所需混凝土品种、标号,将贮存的相应原料进行自动称量、配料和搅拌,生产相应的混凝土。该站综合技术水平高,工艺和设备先进,操作方便,计量准确,粉尘含量小。总的来说,技术是先进的,性能是可靠的,但在部分工艺及设备上也存在不合理的地方。在生产实践中,我们对不合理的地方进行了大胆的革新改造,取得了显著的效果。
The 20M Smelting Station is a large-scale mixing plant for the production of commercial concrete at the Baosteel site. The main production equipment was imported from Japan in 1978. The annual production capacity is 500,000 meters to 3, and the hourly output is 180 meters to 3. Since it was completed and put into operation in March 1979, it has produced 55,000 m3 of concrete. This station is a one-step, fully automatic mixing station. It adopts a punched card type control system. According to the required concrete types and labels, the stored raw materials are automatically weighed, batched and stirred to produce the corresponding concrete. The station has a high level of comprehensive technology, advanced technology and equipment, convenient operation, accurate measurement, and small dust content. In general, the technology is advanced and the performance is reliable, but there are also irrational places in some processes and equipment. In the production practice, we have carried out bold reforms and reforms on irrational places and achieved remarkable results.
