在水利建设大坝施工中,首先要完成大量土石方的开挖工作,然后进行大坝浇注。如果没有挖掘机和起重机两种性能的同一设备,要完成大坝的施工任务,就必须有挖掘机和起重机两种设备。对于四立米挖掘机或起重机来讲,每台份将增加设备费几十万元,其维护费也将成倍增加,而在开挖或注坝两个不同工作时期内,将会使挖掘机或起重机被闲置起来。这就造成设备利用率低、生产成本高、经济效益差的现象,对企业的经济管理是十分不利的。
