省人民委员会“关于新公私合营企业工资改革工作的指示”发出以后,由于各级党政领导的重视,我省新公私合营企业的工资改革工作,已经在全省范围内有组织、有领导、有步骤地进行。各市、专、县均按照国务院和省人民委员会的指示,分别制订了切合实际的工资政革方案,并向广大职工群众进行了深刻的政治思想教育工作,使广大职工的思想觉悟有了提高。公方代表对工资改革的方针政策有了比较正确的认识,起到了领导骨干带头作用,给广大职工树立了榜样,从而扭转了大部分职工要求增加工资过多,向国营一步看齐的思想。在贯彻执行新公私合营工资改革的方针、政策、方
