儿童艺术教育,是整个儿童教育的一个重要组成部分,对于儿童德育、智育的发展以及情操的陶冶、人格的完善具有不可忽视的作用。近年来,儿童的文化艺术生活受到社会、学校以及家庭的普遍关心和重视,内容和形式不断丰富和发展,为促进儿童的全面成长作出了贡献。但是,从种种情况看,儿童的文化艺术生活还有许多未尽如人意之处,有待于我们提高和完善。怎样进一步给儿童创造良好的文化氛围?记者采访了文化部少儿司范崇嬿司长。范崇嬿同志多年从事妇女、儿童工作,十分关心儿童的健康成长。记者首先请她谈了当前儿童文化氛围的状况。
