目的观察炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征的治疗效果,并与单纯治疗效果行对比分析。方法选取近年来济源市人民医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者240例,随机分为两组,联合药物组120例给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗,单纯药物组120例给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的体质量指数(BMI)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FHS)、睾酮(T)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并予以对比分析。结果联合药物组T、FINS及HOMA-IR与单纯用药组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而BMI、LH、FSH指标比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征的治疗有重要作用。
Objective To observe the effect of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets combined with metformin on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and compared with the results of simple treatment. Methods A total of 240 polycystic ovary syndrome patients admitted to Jiyuan People’s Hospital in recent years were randomly divided into two groups. One hundred and twenty patients in combination group were given ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets combined with metformin. Estradiol cyproterone tablets treatment. Results The levels of T, FINS and HOMA-IR in the combination group were significantly different from those in the pure drug group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the BMI, LH and FSH (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets combined with metformin plays an important role in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
