[目的]研究小麦亲本材料SW3243(组合为1426/4/IR68-77/YAA//ALD‘S’/3/YAZ//ST2022/983)的育种利用价值。[方法]对SW3243的选育、农艺特性、部分品质相关遗传性状、1BL/1RS易位系及育种的应用情况进行了分析。[结果]SW3243具有如下特点:SW3243高抗条中29、30,对抗性基因不具有抑制作用;具有矮杆、多花、大穗、高产、迟播早熟等显著特点;SW3243的高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成为1,7+8,2+12,含有232bp片段的PPO等位基因,Waxy蛋白亚基没有缺失,籽粒含有少量迟熟α-淀粉酶;SW3243含1BL/1RS易位系,但与供试易位系具有明显不同;利用SW3243的优良农艺特性育成了一批高产新品系,其中有42个衍生系参加了国家和四川省区试,育成国家、省级审定小麦新品种10个(次);SW3243及其衍生品种已累计推广433万hm2以上。[结论]麦材料SW3243具有优良的农艺性状,是四川小麦育种的重要亲本,研究结果将为小麦种质资源创新和高产育种提供信息参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the breeding value of wheat parent material SW3243 (combination 1426/4 / IR68-77 / YAA // ALD’S ’/ 3 / YAZ // ST2022 / 983). [Method] The SW3243 breeding, agronomic characteristics, some quality related genetic traits, the 1BL / 1RS translocation line and the application of breeding were analyzed. [Result] The results showed that SW3243 had the following characteristics: 29,30 in SW3243 high resistance barley did not have the inhibitory effect on the resistance gene, and had the remarkable features of dwarf bar, many flowers, large spike, high yield and late sowing precocity; SW3243 high molecular weight gluten Subunits (HMW-GS) were composed of 1,7 + 8,2 + 12 PPO alleles with a 232bp fragment, Waxy protein subunit was not deleted, and the grain contained a small amount of late maturing α-amylase; SW3243 contained 1BL / 1RS The translocation line was significantly different from that of the test translocation line. A number of high-yielding new lines were cultivated using the excellent agronomic characteristics of SW3243, of which 42 derived lines participated in the national and Sichuan provincial tests, bred to national and provincial level 10 new wheat varieties (times); SW3243 and its derivative varieties have been promoted more than 433 million hm2. [Conclusion] SW3243 was an important parent for wheat breeding in Sichuan, and the results would provide reference for the innovation and high-yielding breeding of wheat germplasm.
