基于有限元方法对风载工况下的接触网支持悬挂系统进行动力学响应仿真。考虑两个档距的包括支持装置、接触线、承力索和吊弦组成的装置作为有限元分析研究模型,通过对构件的形状、受力形式进行简化,并据此确定有限元分析单元;以构件同时满足动强度和动刚度要求作为检算条件,在典型运行工况和自然风载下进行了瞬态响应分析。分析结果用图形、数据双重表示,从而可直观有效地分析查找出构件受力的薄弱点,并为开展具体设计时构件形式的选择、构件结构的补强提供了科学依据。
Dynamic Response Simulation of Catenary Supported Suspension System under Wind Load Based on Finite Element Method. The device consisting of supporting device, contact line, bearing cable and suspension string is considered as the research model of finite element analysis. The shape and force form of the component are simplified, and the finite element analysis unit is determined accordingly. The transient response analysis was carried out under the typical operating conditions and natural wind loads with the components meeting the requirements of dynamic strength and dynamic stiffness as the checking condition. The results of the analysis are represented graphically and dataually, so that the weak points of the component stress can be analyzed visually and effectively. The results provide a scientific basis for the selection of the component form and the reinforcement of the component structure in the specific design.
