1982年12月在忻县召开了配料低噪声电机振动样机验收会。样机是济南铸锻机械研究所设计并试制的。会上,有关单位介绍了“低噪声电机振动给料机结构、原理及其应用”及“样机现场配秤测试报告”,参观了样机配秤操作现场表演。通过技术讨论认为:电机振动给料机与电磁振动给料机相比,具有噪声低(小于80分贝),调节方便,能耗小,工作性能受电压波动影响小,能输送长距离物料(0.6～0.9米)等优点。主要技术经济性能
In December 1982 in Xin County, the ingredients of low-noise motor vibration prototype inspection meeting. Prototype is Jinan Casting Machinery Institute designed and trial production. At the meeting, the relevant units introduced the “structure, principle and application of low-noise motor vibration feeder” and “test report on site with scale”, and visited the scene performance of prototype with scale operation.
