一、工程概况宝钢烧结厂200米钢烟囱是我国自己设计和施工的一项工程。它从设计到施工采用了多项新技术,烟囱内衬混凝土喷涂施工就是其中一项。我们参照日本FC-S的材料性能,从材料到施工进行了一系列的试验和准备工作,终于在1983年10月21日开始施工,至12月24日止,经过65天时间,完成了烟囱内衬喷涂,工程质量达到优良。钢烟囱系由一个方形钢管塔架,二个钢烟筒和一个电梯筒组成(图1)。塔架高185米,正方形,底宽50米,上宽16米,有九层平台。电梯筒φ2.5米,高195米,钢烟囱高
I. Project Overview Baosteel Sintering Plant 200m steel chimney is a project of our own design and construction. It uses a number of new technologies from design to construction, and chimney lining concrete spraying is one of them. Based on the material properties of Japan’s FC-S, we conducted a series of tests and preparations from materials to construction. We finally started construction on October 21, 1983 and ended on December 24, after 65 days, the chimney was completed. Lining spray, excellent quality of the project. The steel chimney consists of a square steel tube tower, two steel chimneys and an elevator cylinder (Figure 1).
