血液纤维仪是医疗卫生机构测定凝血时间的自动生化仪器。临床上测定凝血时间是检查凝血机制的重要内容,它有助于及时诊断出血性疾病及血栓性疾病,正确指导止血及抗凝药物的投用,对保证器官移植成功和深入研究祖国医学中活血化瘀的机理也有重要意义。以往国内测定凝血时间,普遍采用手工操作,费工费时,误差较大。为了改变这种落后状况,我们在有关医疗单位的协助下,经反复改进,试制成功BFS-1型血液纤维仪。它具有快速简便、灵敏准确、重复性好和显示清晰等特点,经数千例临床应用,性能稳定,效果良好,受到医务人员的一致好评。该仪器能自动测定、记录和显示凝血酶元时间(简称PT)、凝血酶时间(简称TT)和白陶土部份凝血活酶时间(简称KPTT),其主要
