如今高速公路在我国快速发展,高速公路生产规模不断增加,如何在难得的发展机遇下,为社会提供质量高、期短、造价低的工程项目是重大课题。设计阶段的控制是项目造价控制中非常关键的一环,工程造价的控制又牵扯到诸多因素和各个方面,企业只有在设计阶段加强对工程项目的成本控制,才能获取更好的经济效益。本文就此从设计管理、技术创新、科学理论指导等方面采取相应的措施,介绍了高速公路前期降低造价的方法,以增加高速公路企业的效益。
Nowadays, the expressway is developing rapidly in our country and the production scale of the expressway is increasing. How to provide the society with high-quality, short-term and low-cost projects under the rare development opportunities is a major issue. Control of the design phase is a very crucial part of project cost control. Project cost control involves many factors and aspects. Enterprises can obtain better economic benefits only by strengthening the cost control of the project during the design stage. This article from the design management, technological innovation, scientific guidance and other aspects of the corresponding measures taken to introduce the pre-highway cost reduction methods to increase the efficiency of highway enterprises.
