本文,从多年来我国上市公司诸多资产重组的案例来看,我国上市公司在很大程度上存在着资产重组效率低下,重组效应偏低甚至是负效应的现象;为此,本文从我分析了我国上市公司资产重组中存在的问题及原因,并有针对性地提出相应治理措施。
