食盐中加入适量的枸橼酸乙胺嗪生成“海盐”。用以防治血丝虫病效果很好。但对“海盐”中枸橼酸乙胺嗪的含量测定很少报导。我们利用枸橼酸乙胺嗪在碱性条件下,解离出乙胺嗪被氯仿萃取后,加入溴酚蓝,用721型分光光度进行测定。效果很好。主要试剂与方法 1.醋酸盐缀冲液:取0.05M醋酸钠160ml及0.05M醋酸40ml混匀后用酸调至pH5.10。 2.0.02％溴酚蓝液:用pH5.10醋酸盐缓冲液配制,放冰箱保存,用时取出。 3.标准曲线:分别取枸橼酸乙胺嗪标准液(50mg/ml),0.00,0.50,1.00,2.00,4.00及
