长江水文测验工作,由于党的重视和关怀,十年来取得了很大成绩,积累了丰富经验,尤其是1958年,在总路线的光辉照耀下,党向水文战线的职工提出了:“以木船代替机船,向水要动能,向自然挖潜力,突现测验操作水能化、机械化的号召。全江水文测验工作者,随即响应了党的号召,发挥了冲天干劲,使26个原有测轮的测站,在一年中已有23个站基本上解决了以木船代替测轮进行测验的工作方法,还有30个站实现了以水作动力,达到测验操怍机械化。现将操作中的主要锚定方法及水轮利用情况介绍于后,以供参考。
