水文局今年1月邀集出席全国規范会議的边疆代表进行了座談。在座談会上西藏及新疆代表均希望本刋能多报导一些边疆水文工作,我們觉得这个建議很好,为此本刋特辟“跃进的边疆”一栏,及时刋登边疆水文工作动态。希望在边疆忘我劳动的水文工作同志支持它、培养它、丰富它,并且把你們的經驗、成就和跃进动态写成稿件,随时寄给我們,以便更广泛地和内地交流經驗,互相学习,促进水文工作更迅速的发展。
In January this year, Bureau of Hydrology invited representatives of the frontier who attended the national normative meeting to hold informal discussions. At the symposium, both Tibet and Xinjiang representatives hoped Benjamin could cover more of the hydrological work in the border areas. We think this suggestion is very good.
