加强三基工作是国企固本强基的战略任务,是实现企业科学发展、和谐发展的坚强保障。辽河油田公司欢喜岭采油厂采油作业一区党总支坚持“制度要完善、执行要坚决、考核要严细、责任要追究、正气要弘扬”的思路,以实施“六项”工程为载体,稳步推进三基工作,打造了一支勇争一流、蓬勃向上的“铁军”队伍。近年来,作业一区先后获得集团公司、油田公司先进基层党组织荣誉称号。
