中国科学院赴欧科技期刊考察团通过与德国Springer、荷兰Elsevier、英国IOPP、Taylor & Francis Group、Nature PressGroup等知名国际科技出版集团进行深入交流和研讨,重点考察了国际科技期刊运行发展模式和期刊数字出版平台的发展状况,并在深入分析的基础上,针对中国科学院科技期刊在出版理念、人才建设、数字化建设、出版经营、国际合作、体制机制创新等方面提出了建议。
The visiting delegation of CAS to Europe sci-tech periodicals conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with Germany’s Springer, Netherlands Elsevier, UK IOPP, Taylor & Francis Group, Nature PressGroup and other well-known international science and technology publishing groups, focusing on the mode of operation and development of international sci-tech periodicals and periodicals On the basis of in-depth analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the scientific and technological periodicals of Chinese Academy of Sciences in terms of publishing ideas, talent construction, digital construction, publishing management, international cooperation and institutional innovation.
