随着我国经济社会的发展和医疗卫生水平的不断提高,国家花费在医疗机构的资金规模越来越大。经济的飞速发展带来了医疗的进步,如何将国家的医疗资应用到实处,尽快实现医院的企业转型,是我国医疗卫生改革的重要部分,也是医院在激烈的行业竞争中取得优势的关键所在。本文介绍了医院财务预算管理与控制的基本概念,分析了我国目前医院财务预算管理和控制出现的问题,给出了相应的解决措施。
With the economic and social development in our country and the continuous improvement of medical and health standards, the state has spent more and more money on medical institutions. The rapid economic development has brought medical progress. How to apply the national medical capital to the real situation and realize the transformation of the hospital as soon as possible is an important part of China’s medical and health care reform. It is also the key point for the hospital to gain advantage in the fierce competition in the industry. . This paper introduces the basic concept of hospital financial budget management and control, analyzes the current problems of hospital financial budget management and control in our country, and gives corresponding solutions.
