目的探讨介入操作中X线辐射的防护措施。方法通过对101例介入操作中铅玻璃屏前后,铅衣前后,距球管1、2、3m处的X线辐射剂量测量,对测量数据评价分析。结果经铅玻璃防护屏和铅防护服进行双重防护后,其屏蔽效率达到95%,可显著减少X射线的辐射量;X射线量随着距离的增加而迅速衰减,1~2m处的衰减量为53·8%,到3m处的衰减量达到81%;随着透视和减影时间的增加,医务人员和患者所接受的X射线量明显增加。结论介入操作中应从屏蔽防护、距离防护和缩短照射时间进行防护,减少操作者的辐射危害保障健康。
Objective To discuss the protective measures of X-ray radiation during interventional operation. Methods The data of X-ray dose before and after the lead glass screen, the front and back of the lead clothing and the distance from the tube to the tube were measured in 101 cases of interventional operation. Results After double protection by lead glass protective screen and lead protective clothing, the shielding efficiency reached 95%, which can significantly reduce the amount of X-ray radiation; the amount of X-ray rapidly decayed with the increase of distance and the attenuation at 1 ~ 2m Was 53.8%, and the attenuation reached 3% at 81%. With the increase of fluoroscopy and subtraction time, the amount of X-rays received by medical staff and patients increased significantly. Conclusion Intervention should shield from shielding, distance protection and shorten the irradiation time to protect, reduce the operator’s radiation hazards to protect the health.
