微波放电氦氖激光器的研究

在２００ＭＨｚ～１５００ＭＨｚ～２０００ＭＨｚ范围内，通过测量氦的侧光谱和６３２．８ｎｍ小信号增益随激励频率的影响，研究了氦氖激光器微波激励的频率特性。

The frequency characteristics of microwave excitation of He-Ne laser were studied in the range of 200MHz ~ 1500MHz ~ 2000MHz by measuring the side spectrum of helium and the small signal gain of 632.8nm with the excitation frequency.
