随着社会主义市场经济的发展,公安机关的“相对警力”不断增加,但治安形势仍很严峻,主要是警力运作受到影响。文章认为,解决警力不足的关键在警力运作上应采取较好的措施和方法。
With the development of the socialist market economy, the “relative police force” of the public security organs has been on the increase. However, the law and order situation is still grim. The main reason is that police operations are affected. The article holds that the key to resolving police shortage should take better measures and methods in police operations.
