氨甲喋呤(MTX)广泛用于治疗某些自身免疫性疾病。本研究旨在评估每周口服小剂量MTX治疗顽固性炎症性肠病(IBD)的有效性及安全性。 材料与方法:慢性活动性肠病19例,病程超过6个月,经皮质类固醇治疗无效或每天需用强的松量≥20mg,减量后病情复发;肝功能持续异常未超过6个月,年龄均在18岁以上。
Methotrexate (MTX) is widely used to treat certain autoimmune diseases. This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of small doses of weekly oral MTX in the treatment of refractory inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Materials and Methods: 19 cases of chronic active bowel disease, duration of more than 6 months, corticosteroid therapy is invalid or daily use of prednisone ≥ 20mg, reduction of disease recurrence; persistent abnormal liver function did not exceed 6 months, Aged over 18 years of age.
