留苏学生的培训是新中国初期留苏高潮的重要组成部分。留苏预备部(也称作俄专二部)组建的主要任务就是对留学生进行短期(一般为一年)强化培训,内容主要是俄语、政治理论以及政治思想教育和时事政策学习;同时它还主持对留学预备学员的政治审查和出国准备工作。通过对留苏预备部工作的介绍,能够全面地了解留苏学生的培训工作。
The training of Soviet students is an important part of the Soviet Union’s climax during the early New China. The main task set up by the preparatory department of the Soviet Union (also referred to as the second part of the Russian Federation) is to organize intensive training programs for foreign students for a short period of time (generally one year), mainly in Russian, political theory, political and ideological education and current affairs policy learning; meanwhile, Political review and preparation for overseas study of preparatory students.
