11月27日,《商用汽车新闻》记者第一次踏上东莞这个传说中的制造业之城。一进入东莞,记者就被路上“形形色色”的客车所吸引,除“一通三龙”等主流客车品牌外,诸多不为公众熟悉的客车品牌也广泛地存在于东莞的道路上。于1985年撤县建市(县级市)的东莞,3年之后即升级为地级市。城市扩张速度的不断加快也带来了日益增长的客运市场需求,东莞由此成为各路客车企业的“兵家必争之地”。
