2013年11月1日,中机车辆技术服务中心发出《关于发布国家机动车产品质量监督检验中心(上海)新增及扩充部分项目检验能力的通知》(中机函[2013]261号)。《通知》指出,受工信部产业政策司委托,中机服组成能力核查组,对国家机动车产品质量监督检验中心(上海)申请的“重型商用车油耗、罐式危险品运输车及半挂车补充安全技术要求”2项新增项目,及“小学生校车、安全带和约束系统”等11项扩充能力项目,进行了检验能力现场核定
On November 1, 2013, CSC Technical Service Center issued the Notice on Issuance of Inspection Capabilities of Some New and Expanded Parts of the National Vehicle Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (CSC [2013] No. 261).
