王弼抛弃了两汉“天”主宰万物的两极对立的思维模式,借用了老子“道”与万物关系的体用式的思维方式,为儒学重构了贵“无”论的形而上思想体系;王弼理解了老子批判儒家的思考角度,借用道家“无为”的理念,提出了使儒家核心价值观念发挥其正常及最大效用的方法;王弼在准确把握老子思想的精髓之后,重新理解了儒家经典《周易》。总之,王弼玄学是援道入儒,即借用道家思想为儒学张目。
Wang Bi abandoned the paradoxical mode of thinking that the two Han dynasties dominated all things and borrowed the body-use way of thinking of the relation between Lao Tzu and Tao and reconstructed the theory of no for Confucianism Metaphysical system of thought; Wang Bi understood Laozi’s angle of criticizing Confucianism, borrowed the Taoist concept of “Inaction”, proposed a method to make Confucian core values play its normal and maximum utility; Wang Bi, after accurately grasping the essence of Lao Zi’s thought, Re-understanding of the Confucian classics “Book of Changes.” In short, Wang Bi’s metaphysics is aid to Confucianism, that is, to borrow Taoism as Confucianism.
