Polygonatum polysaccharide is an important part of Polygonatum chemical composition, Polygonatum is also one of the main biological active ingredients [1]. Previous studies have shown that Polygonatum polysaccharide can enhance the body’s antioxidant capacity, in particular, enhances the skeletal muscle antioxidant capacity [2].
