《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》(国发[2014]19号文件)明确指出:“通过校企合作的形式,发挥企业培养人才的重要作用,共同培养、培训人才。”高级技工院校是我国教育体系的重要组成部分。教育目标是为社会输出高质量的“理论+实践”型人才。校企合作模式符合社会发展趋势,是对教育资源的优化配置。结合工作经验,从教学机制、实践能力及师资力量三个方面,浅谈对校企合作模式与技校人才培养的思考。
The Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education (Guo Fa [2014] No. 19 Document) clearly states: “Through the cooperation between schools and enterprises, enterprises should play an important role in training qualified personnel to jointly train and train qualified personnel.” Technical institutions are an important part of our education system. The goal of education is to output high quality “theory + practice” talents to society. The school-enterprise cooperation mode accords with the trend of social development and is the optimal allocation of educational resources. Combining with the work experience, this article discusses the mode of cooperation between school and enterprises and the cultivation of technical personnel in three aspects: teaching mechanism, practical ability and teachers’ ability.
