本文通过不同时期四名学生训练的心历的陈述,作者对中学业余田径训练的理解经历了由模糊渐变清晰、由粗浅渐变深入、由感性渐变理性的过程。认为中学业余田径训练在提高学生的运动技术水平的同时,理应回归到学校体育的路上来,并在体现业余性和基础性、传承性的同时,更多的应体现参与性和教育性。在“普及”与“提高”、“吸引”与“推动”中不能向“精英体育”偏离。它是一种实施教育过程,让学生充分享受体育给人类带来的快乐,自信重塑;是促进教师专业成长、走向自信的过程;是师生生命质量提升、快乐指数上升、职业美审美能力获得的过程。
In this paper, through four different periods of students’ mental state of the training statement, the author’s understanding of amateur track and field training in middle school has experienced a process from clear fuzzy gradual change, gradual change from coarse to gradual, from sensible to gradual rational.
