随着社会的进步,我国企业在不断地发展壮大,同时许多企业对多元化经营及财务风险的影响开展研究。多元化经营是企业发展必走之路,它有许多优势,但也将带来诸多的财务风险。此文从理论、含义等多方面分析多元化经营与财务风险之间的关系,并提出了相应的对策和建议,继而探讨多元化影响财务风险的原因,最后提出控制多元化财务风险的措施及对策。
With the progress of society, Chinese enterprises continue to grow and develop, while many companies carry out research on the impact of diversification and financial risks.
