过敏性紫癜为免疫性全身毛细血管炎性疾病。作者1988～1989年,用组胺H_1、H_2受体阻滞剂合中药活血化瘀治疗本病32例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。一、临床资料:本组为1988～1989年诊断为过敏性紫癜的病人共32例,其中男18例,女14例。年龄:8～50岁。就诊时病程2天～14个月。全部病人均有皮肤紫癜,多数分布于双下肢,合并有关节痛者12例,腹痛及血便者10例,血尿者7例。化验:全部病人血红蛋白、血小板、出凝血时间均在正常范围。血白细胞(4～8)×10~9/L21例,(9～12)×10~9/L9
