我们自1987年5月以来用清栓酶治疗深部静脉血栓形成38例,收到良好效果,今报道如下。临床资料:本组38例,男31例,女7例。年龄33～65岁,平均42.5岁。病程20天至3年。30天以内为急性期13例,1月至3月为亚急性期21例,3月以上4例。其中双下肢19例,左下肢12例,右下肢7例。有8例伴有表浅静脉曲张,5例有表浅性溃疡。18例曾在院外用中药、激素、各种维生素、针灸、抗炎及丹参片等治疗,临床症状未获控制而来就医。诊断依据参照1987年南京全国周围血管病学术讨论会标准而定。
Since May 1987, we treated clear thrombin since 38 cases of deep vein thrombosis, received good results, reported as follows. Clinical data: The group of 38 patients, 31 males and 7 females. Aged 33-65 years old, average 42.5 years old. Duration of 20 days to 3 years. Thirty patients were acute within 30 days, 21 from January to March and 4 from March. There were 19 cases of double lower limbs, 12 cases of left lower limbs and 7 cases of right lower limbs. There are 8 cases with superficial varicose veins, 5 cases of superficial ulcers. Eighteen cases were hospitalized with traditional Chinese medicine, hormones, various vitamins, acupuncture, anti-inflammatory and Danshen tablets and other treatment, clinical symptoms come to seek medical treatment. Diagnosis based on reference to the Nanjing National Conference on peripheral vascular disease in 1987 standards.
