焊缝跟踪问题是焊接生产自动化的关键问题之一。由于焊接方法和焊接条件的多种多样,每一种跟踪方案不免有一定的局限性,亦即在特定的条件下,往往需要有更好的实施方案。为了解决大型筒体的外环缝(悬臂式)跟踪焊接,我们研制成功了用一个光电头实现焊头在两个方向上的自动跟踪。通过连续一年的生产考核,表明该光电式的跟踪探头设计新颖、结构简单、工作可靠,这对于大型筒体的外环缝焊接或其他大型工件的自动焊颇为适宜,对窄间隙多道焊及焊件在高度方向变化较大的对象,更为合适。
Welding seam tracking is one of the key issues in the automation of welding production. Due to the variety of welding methods and welding conditions, each tracking solution inevitably has some limitations, that is, under certain conditions, it is often necessary to have a better implementation plan.
