其实每个人都可以是环境的创造者,但也是环境的产物。做为教师一方面要学会适应现行的体制,另一方面也应该为改造这样的体制做出自己的贡献。尽管学生不完全被老师左右,但教师的教育会成为一种力量,引导人前进和向上。一个教师有可能对学生、对某一个人的发展变化留下深刻影响,让他在每一个前进的重要时刻发挥一定作用。这样的教师,就有了更深层的意义,而不仅仅是知识和技能的传递者。
In fact, everyone can be the creator of the environment, but also a product of the environment. As teachers, we must learn to adapt to the existing system on the one hand, and on the other hand we should make our own contribution to the transformation of such a system. Although students are not completely influenced by their teachers, teacher education can become a force that guides people to move forward and upward. Such teachers have a deeper meaning, not just the transfer of knowledge and skills.
