高师的钢琴教学质量亟待进一步提高。就目前现状来看,由于大量的扩招,生源素质有所下降,部分教师的敬业精神大不如前,以往的考试方式显得比较陈旧。所以必须改变这种现状,在教学时要加强学生思想工作,注重基本功的训练,教师要制定详细的教学计划及课堂教学记录,改变以前的考试方式,加强社会实践活动,锻炼学生的实践和表演能力,同时,学校要调动老师的工作热情和奉献精神,加强主人翁意识。
The quality of piano teaching in normal colleges urgently needs further improvement. As for the current status quo, due to a large number of enrollments, the quality of students has declined, and some teachers’ dedication has become worse than before. The past examination methods have become obsolete. Therefore, we must change this situation. During the teaching, we should strengthen students ’ideological work and pay attention to the training of basic skills. Teachers should formulate detailed teaching plans and classroom teaching records, change the previous examination methods, strengthen social practice activities, train students’ practice and performance At the same time, schools should mobilize the teachers’ enthusiasm and dedication and strengthen their sense of ownership.
