目的:观察中药制剂胆石六号浓缩液的抗茵效果。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌及铜绿假单胞茵等标准菌株为受试菌,采用倍比稀释法,观察胆石六号浓缩液的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);采用血清药理学方法观察大鼠灌服胆石六号浓缩液后含药血清的最低抑菌滴度。结果:胆石六号浓缩液在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯茵、粪肠球菌的最低抑菌质量浓度分别为3.9,15.6,125.0,250.0,500.0 mg·mL~(-1);其含药血清对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎克雷伯茵、粪肠球茵的最低抑茵滴度分别为0.2,<0.2,<0.2,0.8,0.8。结论:胆石六号浓缩液及其含药血清对金黄色葡萄球茵、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌具有较好的抑茵效果,但其含药血清对肺炎克雷伯茵、粪肠球菌的抑茵效果较弱,该处方有待进一步改良。
Objective: To observe the antibacterial effect of Chinese medicine preparation gallstone concentrate. Methods: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other standard strains were used as tested bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of gallstone concentrate was observed by fold dilution method. Serum pharmacology Methods to observe the minimum concentration of antibacterial titers in rats serum gavage after gall bladder stones. Results: The minimum inhibitory concentrations of Ganshi No.6 concentrate against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterococcus faecalis in vitro were 3.9, 15.6, 125.0, 250.0 and 500.0 mg · mL ~ (-1). The lowest inhibitory titers of the drug-containing serums against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterococcus faecium were 0.2, <0.2, <0.2, 0.8, 0.8. CONCLUSION: GDL 6 and its serum contain good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. However, the drug-containing serum has no effect on Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus faecalis Yin effect is weak, the prescription needs further improvement.
