本工作主要通过测量室温Hall电阻率P_H,研究热处理对非态Fe_(62)Si_3B_(14)和Fe_(7.8)Co_(46.8)Ni_(23.4)Si_3B_(14)磁性合金反常Hall效应的影响.Hall效应是金属与合金的重要输运性能之一.在磁性金属与合金中,磁矩还产生反常Hall效应.由于这种效应取决于电性和磁性,困此它可以作为研究固体物理方面问题
The effect of heat treatment on the anomalous Hall effect of Fe_ (62) Si_3B_ (14) and Fe_ (7.8) Co_ (46.8) Ni_ (23.4) Si_3B_ (14) magnetic alloys was investigated by measuring the room temperature Hall resistivity P_H.Hall The effect is one of the important transport properties of metals and alloys. In magnetic metals and alloys, the magnetic moment also produces an anomalous Hall effect. Since this effect depends on electrical and magnetic properties, it can be used as a problem in the study of solid-state physics
