以往的圆犁刀部是自由滚动的,但工程实践对装在有些现代大型开沟机上的巨人圆犁刀提出了这样一个问题:如果驱动它旋转,能否带来好处呢?以前没有人作过这方面的研究,为了回答这个问题,在一种纯粘性土和一种良好粒径度的湿润砂土中,对驱动圆犁刀进行了实验室试验。发现驱动能带来较大的增益,具有明显的优越性。 为了预测在不同滑转率时的动态特性,建立了驱动圆犁刀的数学模型,其计算结果不但与上述实验室试验结果相当吻合,也与自由滚动圆犁刀现场试验所测出的数据相一致。
The old round coulters were free to roll, but engineering practice had raised the question of the giant circular coulters that were found on some modern large-scale trenchers: If it was driven to spin, would it be of any benefit? In response to this research, in order to answer this question, a laboratory test was carried out to drive a circular coulter in a purely clayey soil and a fine particle size of moist sand. Found that the driver can bring greater gain, with obvious advantages. In order to predict the dynamic characteristics at different slip rates, a mathematical model of circular coulter was established. The calculated results are in good agreement with the above laboratory test results, and also with the data from the field test of the free-rolling round coulter Consistent.
