传统转喻观认为转喻仅仅是一种修辞手法,近年来,随着认知语言学的发展,人们对转喻有了新的认识.小说是反应社会生活的一种文学体裁,是一种主要的叙事方式。小说中的转喻及转喻思维可以说明作者在创作小说和读者在解读小说时的认知过程。本文将认知语言学中的概念转喻相关的理论和《围城》这部小说结合起来,分析概念转喻在这部小说中如何体现的,讨论小说叙事性语言是怎么通过转喻体现出来的。把概念转喻与具体小说结合起来,为小说叙事研究提供一种认知的分析方法,促进了我们对于这两个领域的认识和研究。
The traditional metonymy is regarded as metonymy only in recent years, with the development of cognitive linguistics, people have a new understanding of metonymy.Fiction is a kind of literary genre that reflects social life, The main narrative way. Metonymy and metonymic thinking in novels can explain the author’s cognitive process in the creation of novels and readers in the interpretation of novels. This article combines the theory of conceptual metonymy in cognitive linguistics with the novel “Siege Fortress” to analyze how conceptual metonymy is embodied in this novel and discusses how the narrative language of fiction is manifested through metonymy . By combining concept metonymy with specific novels, we can provide a cognitive analysis method for fictional narrative research and promote our understanding and research on these two fields.
