甲氰咪呱(Cimetidine)是一种有效的组织胺H_2-受体拮抗剂,在抗酸、抗胆硷能药物治疗方面已显示出良好的作用。我们从1978年用甲氰咪呱以双盲法对胃溃疡治疗进行了观察,结果是满意的。临床资料1.病例来源:本组50例胃溃疡均住院观察,并有明显的胃溃疡史及内窥镜证实。50例均无心、肾、肝病的证据。用以下的分级对胃溃疡进行描写:Ⅰ级:正常,Ⅱ级:充血,Ⅲ级:糜烂,Ⅳ级:存在活动性溃疡。50例均为Ⅳ级的病人。凡有过胃或胆道手
Cimetidine is a potent histamine H 2 -receptor antagonist that has shown good effect in antacid and anticholinergic agents.
