《秘书》1995年第8期刊登的《公文规范化的依据》一文,对一篇“通报”作了评析,指出了其中尚不规范和完善的地方,说明详尽,分析中肯,理由充分,但是,个别地方仍需商榷。现将个人的浅见冒昧提出,以求教于谢福华老师。 为了便于说明问题,这里对原文和评析部分不再赘述,仅列出修改稿,并粗谈几点意见。
The article “The Basis for the Standardization of Documents” published by the “Secretary” in Issue 8, 1995, made an analysis of a “circular”, pointed out some of the areas which were not yet standardized and perfected, and provided detailed explanations and pertinent reasons for doing so. However, Some places still need to be discussed. Now the personal superficial suggestion put forward to seek advice in Xie Fuhua teacher. In order to facilitate the explanation of the problem, the original text and the evaluation part will not be described in detail here. Only the revised draft will be listed, and a few comments will be given.
