遵义县是贵州省最早报告肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)的地区 ,多年来一直属姬鼠型高发疫区 ,疫情受黑线姬鼠密度及其携带汉坦病毒 (HV)的影响。为进一步探讨该县HFRS人间流行规律与鼠间疫情变化的关系 ,1996～ 2 0 0 0年选择遵义县后坝乡作逐月监测 ,现将结果报告如下。1 材料与方法
Zunyi County is the earliest reported area of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Guizhou Province. It has been a high incidence area of Apodemus toxoplasmosis for many years. The epidemic situation is affected by the density of Apodemus agrarius and its carrying Hantaan virus (HV). In order to further explore the relationship between the prevalence of HFRS in the county and the outbreak of the epidemic in mice, the selection of Houba Township in Zunyi County for monthly monitoring from 1996 to 2000 was reported. The results are reported as follows. 1 materials and methods
