虽然随着高职教育的发展,高职酒店管理专业人才培养模式的实践与研究取得了一定的成果,开始重视构建人才培养模式的概念体系和操作体系,但仍然缺乏成熟的理论构建和可行的操作模式,供需错位现象仍然未能得到有效克服。基于此,对同一地区三所高职院校的酒店管理专业人才培养模式进行比较研究,并且提出合理建议。
Although with the development of higher vocational education, the practice and research of higher vocational hotel management professionals training mode has achieved some achievements, and started to attach importance to the construction of conceptual system and operating system of personnel training mode. However, there is still a lack of mature theoretical construction and feasible Mode of operation, supply and demand dislocation still can not be effectively overcome. Based on this, a comparative study is made on the training mode of hotel management professionals in three vocational colleges in the same area, and reasonable suggestions are put forward.
