大学毕业生是同龄人中的佼佼者.尤其是能进机关当秘书的,刚出学校,就跟上了领导,更是很有几分荣幸和得意.然而,一旦工作真正展开他们却又处处碰壁,有诸多不适,于是困惑不已,主要表现有:一、年轻气盛,我行我素,傲气足,不虚心,个性修养上不适应.二、大大咧咧,不拘小节,工作不细致,丢三落四,甚至拖沓散漫,生活作风上不适应.三、爱评价、好议论,注重别人对自已的抑扬褒贬,受不得半点委屈,心理思想上不适应.四、事情多,无从下手,忘事、误事、不知所以,工作经验上不适应.究其原因,是来自于“学校”与“社会”比较形成的巨大差异.
