风景名胜区特许经营权转让是我国旅游发展中的一个探索性实践,本文在对西部旅游发展中引入特许经营制度的必要性及可能会出现的问题进行分析基础上,提出了一些战略对策,指出我们应以客观理性的态度对待这种新生制度。
The transfer of franchise rights in the scenic spots is an exploratory practice in the development of tourism in our country.
